The aXpel group is restructuring part of its corporate structure: the existing companies aXpel composites, aXpel injection and aXpel estate are being merged with immediate effect to form the new aXpel industries AG. The three business areas will continue to operate as independent divisions.
aXpel industries is being reorganised into the following divisions:
- division composites
- division injection
- division estate
United in terms of organisation and premises
With the establishment of aXpel industries AG, the aXpel group is streamlining its structures and bringing its three business divisions closer together. The divisions are now united under one roof, not only organisationally but also physically.
The former aXpel estate site in Roggliswil is being closed. The estate division is moving to Wolfwil, to the former shared premises of aXpel composites and aXpel injection. This means that all three divisions are now based at the same location.
Bringing the divisions together under one roof shortens communication channels and facilitates direct interaction. This allows existing resources, expertise and structures to be utilised more efficiently, processes to be streamlined and synergies between the divisions to be specifically promoted.
Collaboration will be easier for customers
For our customers, nothing will change in our day-to-day collaboration. Your existing points of contact and services will remain unchanged. Existing contracts will also remain valid.
The estate division can now be reached at the Wolfwil site. Telephone numbers and email addresses will remain the same, so our customers do not need to take any further action.
