YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Acting as the main point of contact for senior management in Switzerland and ensuring transparent, proactive and targeted communication
• Leading, coaching and developing the Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and Administration departments
• Responsibility for the technical division, with a focus on composite components and manufacturing processes
• Working closely with the production team to ensure efficient and trouble-free operations
• Providing technical and managerial leadership to the quality assurance team
• Engaging in technical dialogue and coordination with specialist departments and development teams in Switzerland
• Ensuring efficient, cost-effective and safe production processes whilst adhering to the highest quality standards
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for optimisation and automation throughout the entire value chain
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost management, investment projects and the achievement of the company’s financial and operational objectives
• Analysing relevant key performance indicators and initiating and implementing appropriate improvement measures

YOUR PROFILE

• A degree in mechanical engineering, materials science/composites, production engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ experience in a senior management role within a manufacturing company
• Experience in the composites, plastics, lightweight construction, rail vehicles, automotive or related industries would be an advantage
• A proven track record of success in leading production organisations and in implementing change and growth processes
• A strong understanding of business management, as well as experience in budget and profit responsibility
• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills
• A natural leader with a confident manner and excellent communication skills
• Very good written and spoken Hungarian and English; German would be an advantage
