Customer Engagement Specialist

• Establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with customers
• Providing advice to customers on various products by telephone, in writing and in person
• Taking responsibility for customer enquiries and acting as the competent point of contact for any complaints
• Processing customer enquiries, receiving quotations and orders
• Recording and processing orders, concluding framework agreements
• Monitoring the process from receipt of the order through to delivery of the product
• Maintaining the customer database in Proffix
• Carrying out specific tasks as directed by sales management
• Reporting on the assigned territory to sales management
• General organisational and administrative duties
